1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any service from AJ Traffic School LLC — whether through our website (ajtrafficschool.com), WhatsApp, QuickBooks invoice, Stripe, or in person — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered

AJ Traffic School LLC is a Florida state-authorized Third Party Administrator (TPA) for driver licensing. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Driving lessons (individual and packages)
• Theory and road test administration
• Online traffic courses (BDI, TLSAE, ADI, DETS, Aggressive Driving)
• DMV study platform access
• Fast License Program
• Immigration document preparation services
• Tax preparation services
• Car rental coordination

3. Payment Methods

AJ Traffic School LLC accepts the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Zelle
• Credit / Debit Card 
• Affirm financing (subject to Affirm’s approval
• 60/40 payment plan (50% deposit, balance due at first class)
• All prices are subject to applicable Florida sales tax.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Within 48 hours

If the client cancels within 48 hours of registration AND no service has been initiated, a 70% refund will be issued. The remaining 30% covers administrative processing costs.

4.2 After 48 hours, no service started / Después de 48 horas sin iniciar

If the client cancels after 48 hours but has not taken any exam or driving class, the amount paid will be converted into store credit valid for any AJ Traffic School LLC service. No cash refund applies.

4.3 Once study material has been sent

Delivery of study materials, preparation videos, or platform access constitutes the beginning of service. No cash refund applies from this point. The balance may be converted into store credit.

4.4 Once an exam or driving class has started

Any exam taken or driving class completed is considered a rendered and non-recoverable service. No refund or store credit applies to services already provided.

4.5 Affirm financed payments

Payments processed through Affirm are non-refundable under any circumstances. Upon financing approval, Affirm disburses full payment to AJ Traffic School LLC and the client assumes direct responsibility for their payment plan with Affirm.

5. Immigration Services Disclaimer

AJ Traffic School LLC provides immigration document preparation services only. We are NOT attorneys and do NOT provide legal advice or legal representation. For legal representation, please consult a licensed immigration attorney.

6. Affirm Financing Disclosure

Financing offered through Affirm. Rates from 0–36% APR. Subject to eligibility check. Payment options through Affirm are provided by lending partners. See affirm.com/terms for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

AJ Traffic School LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Privacy & Personal Information

Personal information collected through any of our channels (website, WhatsApp, Stripe, QuickBooks) will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected — to provide and administer our services. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process your payment (e.g., Affirm, Stripe).

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

10. Modifications

AJ Traffic School LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
